Hurry and Associates is headed by Martin Hurry who is a certified practicing valuer, Member of the Australian Property Institute and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, offering in excess of 30 years experience both in the UK and Northern New South Wales/ Queensland.
Martin brings with him a wealth of real estate experience ranging from sales to valuation.
Hurry and Associates are retained by a number of National Companies offering a wide range of advisory services.
Originally setting up in 2012 practicing as Martin Hurry Valuation and Advisory Services. The company has grown and developed into its present business format of Hurry and Associates Pty Ltd.

Martin Hurry MRICS AAPI
Martin was always destined to be a Chartered surveyor and valuer, following in the footsteps of his father. Martin graduated in property at the University of Greenwich London UK and following two years of training joined the family business of real estate agents and valuers.
Following a twenty year successful career in the UK, specialising in all aspects of property, Martin sold his business interests and relocated to the Gold Coast. In 2004, he joined the firm of DTZ which was subsequently acquired by CBRE and was appointed Senior Director.
Following 8 years with CBRE, Martin left and now is committed to providing impartial valuation and general property advice throughout South East Queensland also specializing in service stations having been involved with a leading National firm for over 9 years.
He has been retained by a number of National clients including service station operators, building owners, property managers and developers. His passion for property and extensive property experience has led him away from main stream valuations required by financial institutions and now specialises in the more challenging aspects of property valuation, including valuations for matrimonial trusts and financial accounting purposes and has acted as an expert witness both in the UK and Australia.
